I’m a delivery manager. I’ve spent the last decade getting software and eCommerce projects from “we need this” to live.

It started with Odessys, which I founded in 2016 while still in university. I write the brief, collect 2 to 3 quotes, pick a freelancer on portfolio and manage the work to launch. That’s 300+ client deliverables so far, 150+ of them full engagements.

At Percy, I ran delivery for a virtual cashier SaaS used by a North American restaurant chain. I ran a 60-day pilot at the Canadian flagship, then onboarded 20+ stores over two years and trained about 35 cashiers.

At Dream Decor, I took over a stalled Shopify migration after the original agency shut down, and finished it. I led up to 22 contractors, and the site went from under 500 to about 15,000 visits a month over two years.
