Projects rarely fail on the plan. They fail in the handoffs, the unknowns and the chasing.
That’s the part I like. I scope it, line up the right people, keep clients in the loop and see it through to launch. I’ve done it for SaaS rollouts, Shopify migrations and custom builds, mostly with remote teams and clients in other time zones.

Took over a stalled Shopify migration and finished it.
The original US agency shut down mid-project. I picked it up, cleaned and categorized 50,000+ products, and led up to 22 contractors. Mobile PageSpeed went from under 40 to the mid 70s in 2 months. Revenue roughly doubled in 6 months after the cleanup.

Rolled out a virtual cashier SaaS across 20+ restaurant stores.
Ran a 60-day pilot at the Canadian flagship, then onboarded 20+ stores over two years. Each store took 30 to 60 minutes of setup over Zoom. I trained and managed about 35 cashiers.
