A Remote Team Strategist helping DTC brands grow lean and scale fast by hiring and managing Skilled Offshore Talent across Development, Design, Marketing & Content, and Automation.

My journey started with a simple observation: amazing brands were burning cash trying to scale too quickly with bloated in-house teams or unreliable freelancers. I realized there was a smarter, more sustainable way — by building lean offshore teams that deliver high performance without high overhead.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked closely with founders, operators, and ecommerce brands in the U.S. to help them systemize their operations and plug in vetted, remote talent where they need it most — whether that’s Shopify development, design, automate workflows, content production, marketing execution.

While I act as your strategic partner, I also lead a small, efficient agency team, Odessys, that supports delivery — and I’m currently building tools to simplify offshore hiring and team management for growing DTC brands.
